Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a technology has the potential to interpret and evaluate alternatives where multidimensional data are involved in dynamic situations such supply chain disruption. This article aims explore role of resilient information systems minimizing risk magnitude disruption operations. The is conducted qualitative mode through semistructured interview schedule for professionals chains.
